for those of you who don't know what the kurdish flag looks like, here is a pic for you.

Kurdistan is not an independent country. It is divided between four terriotories, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey. It's as big as France and about 30 million people share this land. This makes the kurds the world's larget minority without a country of their own.

We share history, culture. The kurdish language is divided in two dialects; sorani-which is spoken by kurds from Iran and Iraq and then there is Kermanji which is mostly spoken by the kurds who live in Turkey.

If I were to share this information in Turkey or show you th flag I would immediately be imprisoned for God know how many years or in worst cases executed.

But we are not in Turkey and I have the right to express myself and I choose to do it. Democracy is my best friend..
